This website (“Site”) is owned by Treasury Wine Estates (“TWE,” “We,” or “Us”). The following website terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Site and participation in the Beringer Vineyards 150th Anniversary Digital Memory Book. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and advise you to review them regularly.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You may only use this Site and submit content if you are aged 21 years or over (United States), 18 years or older (Australia), or otherwise over the legal drinking age in your country of residence. If you are not of legal drinking age, please exit this Site immediately.

By using this Site or submitting content for the "Memory Lane" Digital Memory Book, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

USER CONTENT

You acknowledge that you have full responsibility for any content (including remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, photos, or any other material) you submit or post to this Site or in connection with the "Memory Lane" Digital Memory Book. By submitting your memory, photo, or story, you agree to participate in the Beringer Vineyards 150th Anniversary Digital Memory Book. Such user content will not be treated as confidential and may be used by us in any way, including on social media, our website, print materials at the property, and other marketing or promotional activities. By submitting content, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for commercial purposes without payment or reference to you and to list any associated details (such as your name or social media account name) that you make public as part of your submission. Use of content pursuant to this license may include:

  • Display on Beringer Vineyards’ website and social media channels.
  • Inclusion in digital and printed materials at the property.
  • Use in advertising and promotional digital and print campaigns celebrating our 150th anniversary.

By submitting content for the Digital Memory Book, you confirm:

  • You own or have rights to the content you submit.
  • You are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.
  • If any other individuals are visible in content, each such individual is of legal drinking age and has given you permission to include them in the content.
  • Content does not contain (i) a third party’s intellectual property (for example, a brand or logo not owned by TWE); (ii) irresponsible consumption of alcohol, nudity, violence, illicit behavior, or other anything else of an offensive, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory nature; or (iii) advertising or promotional materials for a party other than TWE or Beringer.
  • You own or have rights to the content you submit.
  • no software viruses or anything harmful to this Site or its content shall be submitted.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any user content at any time. Thank you for helping us celebrate 150 years of Beringer Vineyards!

Any personal information submitted by you to this Site is governed by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
