Cooking Class #4 – Springtime Fare

Our popular Cooking Classes have returned! Learn how to prepare a series of culinary delights in time to host your spring party. Enjoy a lunchtime cooking class featuring classic brunch dishes. After enjoying a brief tour through our Sensory Garden with our Chef, learn how to make: 

  • Cheese & Charcuterie, Seasonal Crudité (how to assemble & present)
  • White Bean Hummus on Crostini
  • Rosemary Chicken and Roasted Potatoes
  • Lemon Meringue

During the class, enjoy a glass of wine and some cheese to nosh on while you cook.
