Learn about the Napa Valley, Beringer Family history and the winemaking process during this one-hour tour. Explore the Old Winery and wine-aging tunnels, and then visit our demonstration vineyard to learn some viticulture basics. From there you will proceed to the Rhine House for a sit-down tasting of three wines paired with small food bites.

We welcome guests of all ages on this 30-minute historic tour that guides you through the Old Winery and wine-aging tunnels, highlighting Beringer's long history and commitment to quality. For those 21 years and over, we'll taste two wines during the tour.
Beringer was the first winery in Napa Valley to offer public tours, and we're still opening our doors to individuals and groups to come and enjoy our beautiful property, taste our wines and learn about the history of Beringer. We offer comprehensive tours and several tasting experiences, allowing for a unique Napa Valley experience. Let our knowledgeable staff take you on a guided tour and help you choose the wines that will best suit your preferences.
At the Reserve tasting bar in the historic Rhine House, you can choose three wines from our extensive menu featuring our Reserve and limited production wines.
The Old Winery Tasting Room offers wine ranging from light-bodied and fruit-driven, which elegantly evoke Napa and Knights Valley terroir.
Taste Beringer's Reserve and limited production wines in a private setting, hosted by a senior staff member. We have an extensive library of our finest wines, and can design a tasting experience exclusively for you.

Exclusively for our Wine Club members, we offer a private tasting with our Wine Club Concierge. This exclusive tasting can be scheduled for 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday or Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m.
Delight in an experience that is both indulgent and educational while discovering how wine and chocolate flavors complement each other. Beringer Vineyards has partnered with Scharffen Berger® Chocolate Maker to offer a special tasting highlighting how wine and chocolate flavors develop together. Guests will taste three different Scharffen Berger chocolates, each expertly paired with a Beringer wine that has complementary flavor notes. Guests will also receive a complimentary wine and chocolate pairing guide.
This special tasting is available daily in the Old Winery and on weekends in the Old Bottling Room. $20 per person; no reservations required.

Travel North on 101 toward Novato. Take the highway 37 exit to highway 121 toward Napa/Sonoma. Continue on highway 121 to highway 29. Turn left onto highway 29 and follow signs north to St. Helena. Beringer is located 1/8 of a mile north of St. Helena on the left-hand side of highway 29/128.

Travel east on Interstate 80 toward Vallejo. Take the highway 37 (Napa/Columbus Parkway) exit. Follow signs to Napa and continue on highway 37 to highway 29, and continue north through Napa Valley to St. Helena.
