How do I create an account?

You have the option of creating an account when you place an order by checking the box next to "Optional Login" at the checkout page. Club Members automatically get an account when they join. Please use the same email address with which you originally registered as your account login. If you do not remember your account password, go to the My Account page, enter your account login (email address) in the field next to "Forgot your password?" and click submit. A new password will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.

How do I see billing information?

You may save and update your billing information online in the My Account section of the website. You may also call 866-708-9463 or email cs_beringer@beringer.com.

How do I see my purchase history?

Orders that you place online will be saved in your account. To review them, login to My Account and click Past Orders / Order Status. Click on any order number to review specific order and tracking information.

How do I check on the status of my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information which will allow you to connect to the shipping website. If your tracking number is not found, please give the system 48 hours to register the information from the shipping company and make it available to view online.

How do I update my account information?

If your account information changes, such as shipping or billing address, credit card information, login information, you can make changes in the My Account section of the site. You may also call 866-708-9463 or email cs_beringer@beringer.com.

How can I order wine?

You must be over 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require an adult signature.

Whether you prefer placing an order online or speaking with someone by phone, ordering from Beringer Vineyards is easy!

1. Online

Returning customers

Place your order, then check out using your password protected account information. We've stored your billing and shipping details in our secure files for your convenience. Confirm your order and print the receipt. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the account you have on file.

First time buyers

Add Beringer Vineyards products from our Wine Shop to your cart. As you check out, set up your online account using our secure shipping and billing information files. Confirm your order and print the receipt. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the account you have on file.

2. Telephone

866-708-9463. Our knowledgeable Wine Consultants are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

What forms of payment does Beringer Vineyards accept?

Beringer Vineyards accepts Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover®. Personal checks are not accepted.

How do I know my order is going to be processed?

Once you place your order online or by phone, Beringer Vineyards will send an email order confirmation to the email address associated with your account. Emails are sent to acknowledge new orders and shipments. Email confirmations are still sent to customers not wanting to receive other email or special offers from Beringer Vineyards.

What are Beringer Vineyards' shipping policies?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Expect orders placed after business hours to take two days for processing. FedEx Overnight orders placed during business hours on Friday will arrive the following Monday. Based on state availability, shipments will be handled by UPS or FedEx. Most orders are shipped via 2-Day service.

Wine shipments require a signature, at the time of delivery, from someone 21 years or older. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to Beringer Vineyards.

All costs associated with the return to Beringer Vineyards due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer. In the unlikely event of damages in transit, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the respective third party transit carrier (UPS or FedEX.)

Shipping charges include costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs. Orders are shipped following credit card authorization.

In cases where orders include wine and merchandise, the wine will be shipped separately and shipping fees will be combined into one total amount.

Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states:

Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will process a refund for the amount of purchase, less third party transit carrier imposed fees. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

What is Beringer Vineyards' returns policy?
