Beringer Vineyards , the oldest continuously operating winery in Napa Valley and the first to offer public tours, continues its commitment to offer guests original and inspiring wine country experiences. Guests at Beringer Vineyards can follow their fancy – or many fancies – with a variety of different seminars and tours offered daily at the winery.

Private Tasting (by appointment)

Taste Beringer Reserve and limited selection wines in a private setting, hosted by a senior staff member. We have an extensive Library collection of our finest wines and can design a tasting exclusively for you. Starting cost is $35 per person for five wines, mostly reds. Private Reserve Retrospective Tasting

Saturdays and Sundays, 11 am
Highlights: Taste 5 different vintages of Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet in a formal, sit-down tasting.

Vintage Legacy Tour

Days/Times:
Daily, 11:00 AM, 3:45 PM. Approximately 1 1/2 hours in length.
Highlights: Experience the Beringer Brothers' vision from vineyard to bottle. With a glass of wine in hand you will tour our St. Helena Home Vineyard, part of the original estate vineyard site from 1875. This tour then proceeds to the Old Stone Winery and wine-aging tunnels for a barrel tasting of a pre-release wine. The tour finishes with a sit-down tasting in our Cellar Room of 2 current-release wines.

Rhine House Tour

Days/Times:
Daily 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Tour lasts about 1 hour.
Highlights: Established in 1876, Beringer Vineyards is a historic Napa Valley winery and is registered as a Historic District. Learn about a Napa Valley classic while tasting 3 wines as you stroll the estate. Finish with a tour of the Rhine House Mansion and a sit-down tasting of 2 additional wines in a private room.

Taste of Beringer Tour

Days/Times:
Daily 10:15 AM, 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM and 3:45 PM. Approximately 1 hour in length.
Highlights: Learn about Beringer wines and vines. You’ll first explore our demonstration vineyard and then visit the Old Stone Winery and wine-aging tunnels while sipping wine. During the tour you will taste 4 wines as we teach you about the Napa Valley and show you how to taste wine like a professional.

Price: $20 per guest.

Family Tour

Days/Times:
Daily 11:15 AM, 1:15 PM 2:30 PM and 4:45 PM. Approximately 30 minutes in length.
Highlights: This historic tour guides you through the original Stone Winery and aging tunnels, highlighting Beringer's 130+ year history and commitment to quality. This tour includes a tasting of 3 wines.

Fee: $15 per guest 21 and older (Guests under 21 free when accompanied by an adult.)
